Bergerac Wine’s Mojito

Bergerac Wine’s Mojito Masque

Ingrédients

  • Lime
  • Mint leaves
  • Liquid cane sugar
  • Puree melon Lectoure
  • Strawberry puree Périgord
  • 12cl Côtes de Bergerac soft (or Côtes de Montravel or Rosette)
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 melon and strawberries

Recipe 1: by the glass

In a mojito glass, crush 3/8ths of a lime with 10 mint leaves and 0.5 cl liquid cane sugar

Add 3 cl pureed Lectoure Melon and 5 cl Perigord Strawberry puree

Then add 12 cl of Côtes de Bergerac sweet white wine (or Côtes de Montravel or Rosette)

Complete with crushed ice

Mix with a mixing spoon

Add a straw and a stick

Garnish with a skewer of melon pieces and strawberries

 

Recipe 2: by the shaker

Chill a cocktail glass with crushed ice

In the shaker, crush 3/8ths lime with 10 mint leaves and 0.5 cl liquid cane sugar

Add 3 cl pureed Lectoure Melon and 5 cl Perigord Strawberry puree

Then 12 cl of Côtes de Bergerac sweet white wine

Add ice blocks and shake very quickly (just to cool it)

Empty the crushed ice from the cocktail glass and pour the contents of the shaker through a fine sieve (double filtration)

Garnish with a skewer of melon pieces and strawberries
