Ingrédients

For 4 people :

  • 150 ml water
  • 1 bottle of red Bergerac
  • Sugar 150 g
  • 1 clove
  • 4 oranges
  • 4 pinches of cinnamon

Heat water in a saucepan and add the sugar, reduce slightly to a syrup and pour the wine, bring to boil, then put cloves, turn off and let steep 10 minutes.

Once the wine is cold, put it in a dish and freeze for at least 3 h. It will pass every 30 minutes with a fork to create the granita.

Peel the oranges and cut into slices, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and have the granite dome … It’s ready!

 

Advice

Prepare the granita in the morning to the evening it will be even better.
