A woman at the head of a vineyard of 8 hectares in Côtes de Duras. The estate is organic, in order to respect nature and to obtain healthy quality wines. The diversity of the terroir and the grape varieties makes it possible to produce several cuvees in red and white; from a simple and nice wine to a more full-bodied one.
The harvest is mechanical, with a hand selection before using a machine to remove all of the grapes that don’t correspond to the desired quality. The grapes are then slowly pressed to obtain the clearest juice. Both grape varieties are vinified separately, the blending is done after fermenting the natural sugars.
Once blended, the wine is raised on fine lees for a few weeks.
Fine and fresh wine, it is smooth and fresh in the mouth
