Julien de Savignac is a wine merchant and owner-grower who wanted to produce a range of traditional Bergerac wine with his own signature. The partnership he's built with certain vine growers means he can cherry-pick the plots. Making and ageing the wine in their cellars are additional guarantees for the standard of the wine.
