Bergerac Wine’s Mojito

To be enjoyed with :

Côtes de Bergerac moelleux | Côtes de Montravel | Rosette

1/ Slice lime into small pieces. Add mint leaves to the bottom of a mojito glass with lime pieces and 5ml of cane sugar per glass. Crush with a muddler.

2/ Add melon and Périgord strawberry purée then wine.

3/ Top up with crushed ice and stir with a cocktail spoon.

4/ Alternate between melon cubes and half strawberries on a stick and garnish on the side of the glasses.

5/ Serve with a straw.


Serves 4

  • 1 ½ lime
  • ½ bunch of mint (40 leaves)
  • 20ml cane sugar syrup
  • 120ml melon purée
  • 200ml Périgord strawberry purée
  • 480ml sweet wine
  • 12 tbsp crushed ice
  • Diced melon
  • 4 halved strawberries
