Vins de Bergerac et Duras

Bergerac Wine’s Pool

To be enjoyed with :

Bergerac blanc sec | Côtes de Duras blanc sec | Montravel blanc sec

1/ Fill 4 large balloon wine glasses with ice cubes and split the Côtes de Bergerac between them.

2/ Add a ginger slice, 1 cucumber ribbon, 3 raspberries, 1 strawberry (in quarters) and 1 orange half moon to each glass.

3/ Top up with ginger beer.

4/ Serve cold.

Serves 4

  • 480ml sweet white Côtes de Bergerac
  • 4 thin slices of ginger
  • 4 cucumber ribbons
  • 12 raspberries
  • 4 quartered strawberries
  • 2 orange rounds, halved
  • 160ml ginger beer
