Vins de Bergerac et Duras


To be enjoyed with :


1/ Put sweet wine, orange slices, lime quarters, vanilla pod and strawberries in a pitcher.

2/ Cover with cling film and leave to soak for half a day in the fridge.

3/ Serve in wine glasses with ice, a basil leaf and lemon thyme.

Give it a twist: Add a dash of sparkling water.


Serves 4

  • 50ml AOP Monbazillac wine
  • 200ml sparkling water
  • 5-7 orange slices
  • Sliced lime
  • 5 sliced IGP Périgord strawberries
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • Lemon thyme and basil leaves.
